Great place to eat with good food

I would not recommend this place my food was cold and not good at all

The hostess was less than thrilled to seat us and we asked if they were ok with a group of 13 leaving and she was. Horrible service at the door ould only mean horrible service inside I'm guessing.The General Manager, Jeff Brown, we love this place but not your employees.

Even though they don't have every little thing that you might want, the service is amazing, the waitresses that work here are so helpful and give you anything you ask for if they have it! If you have certain allergies or dietary requirements, they will help you find something you can eat here. Plus there's like 10 flat-screen tv's with a different channel on each of them, and majority of tables are booths or spaced far enough to be comfortable.

Good food, good service, decent prices

They changed their chicken quesidias and didn't reflect that change on menu, or having servers advise us of change. They added tomatoes. Waitress said salsa, but salsa was in a bowl served with sandwich . They were terrible

Very disappointed it use to be so good!"wont be going there again..they need a New cook ..the service was good.but the food was awful..we ordered the burbon chicken and it was too salty..and ordered the half rack ribs abd they were so hard almost burned..not to mention the coleslaw tasted hot like it was no good.to go there on an empty stomach and get food like that us very disapointing especially when the bill was 40 some dollars.

Fabulous meal! The ribs were so tender ( fall off the bones).Great service!

Ordered carry out. They weren't busy but it took 20 minutes longer than I was told it wood so i sat and waited when i got there to pick it up. Questioned the size of one item and eas td they do it by weight. They offered to have me wait even longer but I chose not to. Got home and portions have become small and food was cold. Items were missing. When I called about ot they offered to have me come back and they would provide missing items. Not willing to go back they did offer a gift card for $5 less than what I ordered.

Bit of a wait for mediocre food. My wife wouldn't even eat hers because they cook their burgers medium rare without even asking how you would like it.

Just ok..reasonably priced basic selections...beer was very cold. Barstaff was occupied and not world class but not rude or ignorant either. Menu could use some work and it .looks like their trying with the addition of slot machines ..strawberry fried cheesecake dessert was very good. I was passing thru and don't see myself making a special point to visit again..

Kinda pricey for amount of food. Generally good food. Wouldn't say as much for the steak

The ranch dressing here is amazing! Too bad my server never came back so I could ask for more. Mediocre service can ruin a good restaurant.

Went on a first date here with an amazing girl. She never returned any of my calls afterwards. If that tells you anything. :(

Slow slow slow. The food is usually pretty good and is a fair value for what you get. We were there late on a Sunday night and it took almost an hour and a half from the time we got seated to the time we got our food. Some of the food was luke warn, and some of the fries were rushed through and limp. The speed of food there is always slow. The service isn't anything special. It is adequate.

Had a couple decent past experiences. But what we Last experienced will have me not come back to spend money again. Wait staff were very nice but the food was absolutely awful. I don’t complain or send stuff back so I suffered through some of my pasta and very bad salad. The fact they allowed the pasta I was served to be sent out as a meal from a restaurant and not a dollar frozen food that wasn’t even prepared right was disappointing.

Horrible food..burnt dry chicken In the quesedillas. Potato soup tasted like cold gravy. Tortilla chips stale. 30 minute wait on a nasty lunch! Service slow and they were dead. Had to ask for refill on water, the only decent thing I got. Walked out hungry, and still had to pay half price of lunch. Guess the 5.00 water was worth it. Will never return. Sad...used to enjoy eating here all the time. It'll be another empty place in the mall soon enough.

Truly enjoyed my meal and the margarita with Grand Marnier was jamming. Slot machines kept me entertained.I am visiting my sister.Customer service was nice.

The food was mediocre at best and the service was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to get someone's attention to bring our check when we were finished and they weren't even busy. At one point our waitress sat down and started eating with what I can only assume was her family. Garfield's always had a bad reputation but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They have a bad reputation for a reason though. We will not be going back.

Nice variety to choose from, reasonable price and good service. Can be pretty loud on the weekends.

Food was good, service was really good at first then got worse. We got the three dipper thing, one of the big appetizers and sliders. Also a dessert which we didnt get any spoons to eat it with. 3 to 4 dollar bills for pricing... not too expensive but not cheap eather. Overall good place to eat but about 10 bucks a person minimum.

Great staff and terrific management. Food is reasonably priced and very delicious.

Horrible service from both our waitress and manager. My father asked for a coke because his tea tasted off. Well long story short he got a glass with what appears to be tomato from a Bloody Mary mix left in his glass. How was this not even noticed? Absolutely disgusting...Also the food was disgusting! My wife’s chicken dry and burnt. My daughters chicken strips were screaming hot but her frys cold as could be. All of this with the manager “working” in the back.

Wanted to try a new place. It wasn't bad. Some items were better than others. But overall it wasn't bad.

I was taken there for my birthday and the food wasnt cthat great and it took forever for our waitress to come by even though we were the only ones in the restraunt the waitress was in the back talking constantly just all around not the best experience

This is the first time we had horrible service. Was not packed at all, waited on food forever, when finally came was wrong and not hot. waitress not very friendly.

Horrible.Went for lunch with my co-workers .Order placed at 1210, left at 1257 with food!!! Never got a chance to eat it!!!!!! When we did get a chance to eat it, it was burnt and awful.Stay away. Horrible! Thanks for ruining my coworkers birthday lunch

Always have good service here. A pretty traditional menu but always cooked well.
